VOYAGER#1 is a sound performance inspired in the concept of NASA's Golden Records, launched in Space in 1977, with the exploration probes Voyager I and II . The concept of finding life in distant galaxies and embedding space exploration modules with sounds that somehow encapsulate the Human footprint on the planet, is the departure point for the installation|performance.
Two performers establish a dialogue using tuning forks in cosmic tunings, fish bowls, mechanical fish where the realignment of the elements evoke the idiosyncratic nature of the departing point.
